    Sealed bids will be received by the Owner for asbestos demolition, site clearing and site restoration.

    A “mandatory” pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday March 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the offices of Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (860 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY). The pre-bid meeting will consist of a project/contract discussion (at Delta Office) followed by onsite inspections of the project site.

    Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday April 11, 2024 at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

    This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications, the remainder of the Paragraph shall remain in force. The Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on his Proposal Form and Bidders Checklist documentation.

    General Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following work at 52 Beethoven Street, Binghamton, New York 13905 (Project Location).

    Project Description: Project consists of selective demolition, building insulation, historic window repair, roof replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodel, and electrical upgrades.

    A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the site on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm.

    Sealed Bids will be received by Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm at 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901.

    The Broome County Land Bank Corporation is currently seeking qualifications for Commercial and Residential Real Estate Services from licensed real estate agents and/or agencies. Qualifications should include your and/or your firm’s understanding of the Land Bank’s mission, including the Land Bank’s Affordable Homes Program and buyer eligibility requirements. The contract would consist of a one (1) year term, subject to yearly extensions for up to three (3) years total.

    Interested parties should submit all required submittals by 4:00 PM on May 3, 2024 by mail, hand delivery or email as stated in the RFQ.
