Advertisement for Bids – Renovations + Reconstruction (8 Gray Street, Binghamton, NY)
Sealed bids for Broome County Land Bank Corporation – Renovations + Reconstruction (8 Gray Street–Binghamton, NY 13904), in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Bid Bonds, Site Visitation Requirements and Drawings will be received by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, – until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, October 02, 2024 when they will be publicly opened and read, for the following project.
The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work includes: selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements. Exterior improvements include: roofing, painting, gutters, downspouts, stairs, railings, window and door replacements, wood-framed deck & stair. Interior improvements include: kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation(s), and interior finishes (new LVT flooring, trim, drywall and painting). HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades are also included.
Prevailing wage: Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates do NOT apply to this project.

Bid security is NOT required. A pre-bid conference will be conducted at the project site on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 9:00am.
