The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC”) is seeking “REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS” from all interested contractors of all trades to provide services to the BCLBC as noted below for the following:

DEADLINE for submittal is Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Specifications and application forms are available online through Empire State Purchasing Group (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york), New York State Contract Reporter (https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/), or please contact Jessica Haas, Executive Director at LandBank@BroomeCountyNY.gov. The BCLBC reserves the right to reject any and all responses received.

Please note that the BCLBC will continue to accept any applications after the deadline on a rolling basis until all V-RIP funds are exhausted, or the maximum number of units have been rehabilitated. The BCLBC reserves the right to open and close this solicitation periodically according to the needs of the Land Bank.
