The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (BCLBC) is currently seeking respondents with demonstrated experience in providing construction management services for the BCLBC’s Affordable Homes Program, specifically related to overseeing the renovation of homes under the BCLBC’s ARPA grant with the City of Binghamton. This professional services agreement calls for the individuals and/or firms to assist the Land Bank in fully renovating 10-12 single-family homes through 2025.

Interested parties should submit all required submittals by 4:00 PM on December 7, 2023 by mail, hand delivery or email as stated in the RFQ.

Sealed bids for Broome County Land Bank Corporation – Renovations + Reconstruction (224 Marion Street– Vestal, NY 13850), in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Bid Bonds, Site Visitation Requirements and Drawings will be received by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, – until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, December 07, 2023 when they will be publicly opened and read.
