LAND BANK ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF FIRST RENOVATED HOME IN 2020
The BCLBC recently announced the completion of their first renovated home in 2020, located at 1125 Glenwood Road in the Town of Vestal. The home was renovated using proceeds from the sale of two previous Land Bank-New York State CDBG rehabilitation projects. 1125 Glenwood Road continues the mission of that program to encourage home ownership throughout the community. The BCLBC partnered with the SEPP Group to manage the construction project and to facilitate the home ownership program.

The Broome County Land Bank is seeking proposals from parties interested in the purchase and development of 3 King Avenue in the City of Binghamton.
