BCLBC SEEKING APPLICANTIONS FOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR POSITION

The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (BCLBC) seeks applicants for the position of Assistant Director. This is a full-time position, assisting the Executive Director in managing a non-profit organization which currently owns and manages an inventory of properties in various conditions and in a wide range of market conditions.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES: BOUNDARY SURVEYING SERVICES

The Broome County Land Bank Corporation is currently seeking assistance with the surveying of property boundaries for its CDBG Project No. 135HR125-20 funded rehabilitation projects. Bidders may conduct site visits to the properties prior to preparing a quotation in order to ensure that responsible quotations are submitted. Please provide a not-to-exceed itemized quote for all items listed in part 1.1 Boundary Survey for 313 Marion Street, Vestal (Town of Vestal) and 1593 Oakdale Road, Johnson City (Town of Maine).
