Side Lot Program
The Broome County Land Bank's Side Lot Program allows responsible land owners to purchase vacant lots adjacent to their existing property. Typically, the vacant lots are the result of a housing demolition carried out by the Land Bank. Learn more about this program by clicking below.
Demolition adds to revitalization of Front Street Gateway in Binghamton
The Broome County Land Bank announced the demolition of 250 Front Street in the City of Binghamton in support of the First Ward Action Council's Binghamton Gateway Project.
