Start of Property Demolitions

Our first-ever property demolitions started in April. In total, seven vacant and blighted buildings will be demolished on the City's North Side to continue efforts to revitalize the neighborhood.

Meetings of the Broome County Land Bank Corporation are open to the public and are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the Broome County Public Library – Exhibit Room, 185 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901.
