The Broome County Land Bank Corporation recently completed their second single-family home rehabilitation in the City of Binghamton, 76 Park Avenue located on the South Side. The property was acquired in October of 2018 from Broome County's foreclosure list due to non-payment of property taxes. The original footprint of the home has remained the same as a two-bedroom, one bathroom and is fully renovated. The list price is $79,900. See link for more details.
