Sealed bids will be received by the owner for asbestos and lead based paint abatement. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM, June 20th, 2023, at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank.

Sealed bids for Broome County Land Bank Corporation – Renovations + Reconstruction (313 Marion Street– Vestal, NY 13850), in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Bid Bonds, Site Visitation Requirements and Drawings will be received by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, - until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Friday June 09, 2023 when they will be publicly opened and read, for the following project:
The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work includes: selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements. Exterior improvements include: roofing, siding, gutters, downspouts, stairs, railings, window and door replacements, and concrete patio. Interior improvements include: kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation(s), replacement of interior doors and frames and interior finishes (Hardwood floor refinishing, new LVT flooring, trim, drywall and painting). HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades are also included.
Prevailing wage: Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates do NOT apply to this project.
